Exhibit Terms

Exhibitor Registration is now open for CSAM's 2019 Addiction Medicine Review Course in the Marriott Anaheim, California.

The California Society of Addiction Medicine's Conference is the largest gathering of addiction medicine physicians in the Western U.S. More than 700 physicians and clinicians are expected to attend, from a variety of practice settings.

Exhibiting at this conference is a unique chance to connect your cutting edge products and services with these clinicians. Exhibits will be available for viewing starting at 7:00AM on Thursday, September 5th until 4:30PM on Friday, September 6th. 

EXHIBIT FEES
$1,700 per exhibit space
$3,300 per double exhibit space
$4,500 per triple exhibit space
Each exhibit space includes: one six-foot table-top exhibit and registration for up to 4 exhibitor representatives (SEE Exhibit Staffing).

Exhibitors who wish to attend conference sessions and/or earn CME credit, must register for the full conference. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Companies may register for more than one space. Visit our Conference Registration page to register for the full conference.

EXHIBIT STAFFING
Single exhibits may have a maximum of 2 people present at the exhibit at any time (4 people total may sign up).
Double exhibits may have a maximum of 3 people present at the exhibit at any time (5 people total may sign up).

EXHIBIT SCHEDULE
Below is the current exhibit schedule. Please note that this schedule is subject to change. Contact CSAM at csam@csam-asam.org for updated information.

**Set Up**
Wednesday, September 4th               2:00PM - 5:30PM
**Exhibit Open Hours**
Thursday, September 5th                   7:00AM - 4:00PM
Friday, September 6th                        7:30AM - 4:30PM
**Tear Down**
Friday, September 6th                        4:30PM - 9:00PM

There is a $100 penalty for exhibitors who do not have their exhibits completely set up by 7:00AM on Thursday, September 5th and an additional $100 penalty for those who break down before 4:30PM on Friday, September 6th.

HOTEL
The Conference headquarters in the Anaheim. There are a limited number of rooms available at the conference rate of $163/night for a single or double room. Cancellation Policy

Exhibit cancellations on or before July 31, 2019 are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations submitted August 1, 2019 and later. Substitutions may be arranged. To cancel please email csam@csam-asam.org.
