Hotel Information

CSAM has secured a block of rooms at the discounted room rate of $199 per night plus tax. Booking your room at the host hotel helps CSAM meet its room block commitment. The attendees, networking, and all things CSAM take place at the hotel.

How do I RSVP for the Wednesday workshops?

The Wednesday Workshops have THREE (3) tracks this year with SIX (6) half day Workshops scheduled. 

If you are planning on attending the Plenary Conference program (Thursday – Saturday) PLUS a Wednesday Workshop, please select your Plenary Conference registration product type on the main registration page. You will then be able to “add-on” a “Full-day” or “Half-day” Wednesday Workshop on the next registration page. 

After you submit your order, CSAM will email you a link to RSVP for your specific Workshop(s).

If you are planning to ONLY attend the Wednesday Workshop (and NOT the Plenary Conference), please select the “Wednesday Only” registration fee option (which will initially show $0.00), and then select either the Board Exam Prep Track “Full-day” or “Half-day” option.

After you submit your order, CSAM will email you a link to RSVP for your specific Workshop(s).

Are their discounted Disneyland Tickets?

Yes! Discounted Disneyland tickets are available for attendees and their guests/families. This link for discounted Disneyland tickets will be included in your confirmation email after you register for the conference.

Cancellation Deadline

To make any changes to your registration, please reach out to conference@csam-asam.org.  Cancellations on or before July 31 are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellation will be given after July 31. All requests for considerations must be received in writing.
