Physician Impairment in a Changing Environment: Guidance for Physicians and Well-Being Committees
Wednesday, October 22 / 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Afternoon Workshop at CSAM Review Course
In the current landscape of regulatory and political flux brought on by
recent legislative action to terminate the California Medical Board's
Physician Diversion Program, physicians and well-being committees must
function in a climate of new treatment and monitoring challenges, legal
risks, and reporting requirements. In this problem-based workshop a
panel of clinical and legal experts will utilize case examples to
present practices that address the new realities in California.
